Crisis in the family, at work or just on the individual front makes for a very difficult time.

When this crisis is due to addictions that are out of control, then it is time for help.

High Country is willing to offer intervention services to the people of Alberta. What this means is that contact is made with High Country and a plan of strategy is developed that will assist you and your loved one or employee or friend out of the crisis and back to some sort of normalcy. While nothing comes with 100% guarantee it has been found that the sooner an intervention takes place the sooner we all can begin to heal.

High Country has many community partners and has networked with resources that can assist in all areas of need. With proper and professional assessment we will first look after what we can in a caring and safe environment and that which we need to refer to other professionals, we do in an efficient and timely manner. You can count on us to get the right help.

As with any good counseling service, High Country offers an out reach service to those persons who are unable to access our office and or do not have the transportation to assist them in getting to appointments. High Country is prepared to make things work out for the client and the needs put forth. As well those clients who have completed other forms of addiction treatment and need follow up to help keep things on the proper perspective; High Country is there for you. High Country has been active in the past two years and will continue to stay active in the area of providing the community with helpful education. This included however does not limit High Country to open forums on addiction trends in the province or area. High Country will send a trained professional to speak to your group, whatever they may be.
